Keith Batchelor – Partner and Solicitor in Kingswood office
Keith entered the legal profession in 1968 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1977. With Ian Sharp, he set up Batchelor Sharp in 1984, though they were in practise together for some years before. Keith has substantial experience in all areas of general practice, but has dedicated himself to Property Law since the mid-1980s. He handles residential transactions of all types including the Drafting of Wills and Administration of Estates.
Paul Taylor – Solicitor in Yate office
Paul read Law at Warwick University and qualified as a Solicitor in 1996 in the City of London. Since returning to his home town of Bristol, he has gained knowledge and experience at a number of practices. Paul specialises in Commercial and Residential Conveyancing, including leasehold properties.
Sue Jordan – Conveyancing executive
Sue’s conveyancing career began in the 1970s in a local Bristol practice. She has studied Conveyancing and Land and Contract Law. Promoted to an executive in the 1990s, Sue joined Batchelor Sharp in 1997. She specialises in Residential Conveyancing and has an excellent record of retaining clients.
Ann Cook – Conveyancing executive
Ann first joined Batchelor Sharp in 1980 having trained and developed her expertise with a well known Bristol practice previously. In recent years Ann has expanded her expertise through additional training and for some time has had a large and varied case load including Wills and Probate work. Her particular speciality however remains Residential Conveyancing.
Sarah Smith – Licensed conveyancer
Sarah joined Batchelor Sharp in 2003. After studying hard for four years she sat her final Licensed Conveyancers examination and qualified in August 2007. She has studied all aspects of Property Law and Final Accounts and is looking forward to a bright future in conveyancing.
